Frozen Food Handling: All products are shipped in temperature-controlled conditions to maintain freshness. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address.
Delivery Charges: Shipping fees, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout on our partner platforms.
1. Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are frozen foods, we follow strict hygiene and safety standards.
For this reason, returns are only accepted under specific conditions:
If the wrong product was delivered.
If the product was damaged during delivery.
If the product is found to be expired upon delivery.
In such cases:
Please contact our customer care team within 24 hours of delivery.
Provide your order details, product image, and reason for return.
Our team will review and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Products opened or consumed after delivery.
Products not stored as per instructions (e.g., thawed or refrozen).
Complaints made after 24 hours of delivery.
